I also have experienced only issues since our mortgage was offered to ASC, It's arrived at me needing to possibly overnight or 2-day email my pymts and so I atleast have evidence in the postal company that asc DID certainly get our funds. They contact us each month to inform people they did not obtain it and they'll need to place another 100.00 onto the mortgage pymt. I continuously need to claim regular and tell them precisely what period and evening they did get the pymt. They inform me "oh yes we do contain it, it simply was not published yet" our pymt arrives the 20th of each month, below it's the 27th plus they simply named today and that I had it out together again. I really wish to refinance simply to have it out-of there fingers, I simply want I'd an assurance that it'd NOT get offered for them again!!! This is actually the many unorganized, ripoff of the company. I've ever endured to cope with, I've switched them into the BBB three times today. I've never had this type of issue in the past with every other mortgage company. I continually feel just like they're attempting to do whatever they are able to to obtain extra cash from us.
