My partner and that I had A DREADFUL experience there. We closed a contact to construct a brand new house in March. We were pre-approved to get a mortgage using the mortgage business associated with Kimball Hill Houses, KH Economic. We published a preliminary check for them for $1000 in those days. We published two extra inspections on planned times, each for $2500. Whenever we published the final check, I'd requested our salesperson, Gloria Prejzner, if our cash could be delivered to people if anything occurred to the finances, and we were not able to acquire the funding. She informed us that it'd be “No problem, no problem, whatsoever. Don’t worry.” obviously, then, there is a problem…I dropped my work, and we no further certified for that mortgage. I wouldn’t set my present house available on the market, worried that it'd promote, and that I wouldn’t have everywhere to reside. It'd have now been crazy people to place ourselves because place. I had been refused from the bank once they updated their files, and named our salesperson, Gloria, to obtain our $6000 back. I had been informed she'd keep in touch with her supervisor to determine what she might do. I named often within the next couple weeks, simply to be informed she wasn't in, or, after I seldom did obtain a your hands on her, I had been informed that she was not able to obtain a your hands on her supervisor. Lastly, on July 10, Gloria left me a note declaring our “request” to obtain our serious money-back was refused by her corporate workplace, plus they wouldn't be refunding our serious money to us. My partner and that I are beside ourselves. I'll proceed to combat this issue, getting it towards the Kimball Hill corporate workplace, and also to Mr. David K. Hill, himself. I really hope that Mr. David K. Slope doesn't accept of the sales techniques his sales agents are employing.
It'll get people decades to save lots of that cash again, and our desires of creating a brand new house have already been smashed. We were really unfortunate whenever we understood we'd not have the ability to purchase the new house, but stated we'd move back for them as we got back on our toes, thinking we'd get our money-back, as guaranteed.
I've been really deceive, and misrepresented by Gloria Prejzner, Kimball Hill Homes Sales Consultant, Edgewater Neighborhood, Shorewood, Illinois. I'd not have provided the ultimate check for them, had I recognized then what I understand today, when I understood factors were only a little unstable at my job. This way, I'd just be out $3500, in the place of $6000.in either case, it’s lots of cash, and that I intend on getting hired back.

Don't buy a house from kimball hill houses!!!
Kimball Hill Houses, Shorewood, Illinois, Edgewater Neighborhood is just a pretty big contractor in Illinois for single-family homes.
