Keyur Nagrik has been living a nice life on investor dollars for a ton of businesses for at least 20 years in or near Carlsbad, CA. In my particular case, he borrowed several hundred thousand dollars from me back in 2016 when I first met him and he provided well-prepared fake paperwork showing I had a lien on 2 free and clear properties in Lake Havasu. It turns out, he never even owned the properties despite all of the apparent paperwork that showed he did. Many years later, not a dime paid back on that and he took me and my sister for more. Many times I provided opportunities for him to be involved in businesses where he could contribute specific skills and contacts he said he had that were very legitimate business opportunities, and I always did my part to bring the opportunity to fruition, and all he ever did was 'talk about' doing his part, but he never did, choosing to chase other businesses opportunities that all failed. I expect those other opportunities he was maybe raising funds for, who knows? I just know what I provided was 100% legit, very low risk and strong reward, proven, and not difficult execute on, but those things - just promises on his part and nothing else.
I never saw someone chase so many things and 'apparently' not execute on any of them, but all updates on all are extremely positive, even when they are long out of out business. He will hold onto lies about stuff until you prove 100% you know he is lying, and only then will he admit he wasn't 'being totally truthful'. But he won't give it up until you overwhelm him with the evidence you have.
Keyur is a pathological liar and therefore scammer who seems to be able to always get his somehow, and lives in nice places in very expensive areas relative to the USA, and takes nice vacations and kids get to go to nice schools, but his investors never get to benefit, just a very, very, very long list of constant lying excuses as to why whatever was supposed to happen, didn't happen, but other stuff is about to happen always, giving you hope, but it is all just stories. All lies all the time.
He has a long list of victims and has had many lawsuits against him, but he still seems to be doing what he does and takes investors' money and doesn't do what he says he will do with it by all indications, but he is an expert at lying about it all.
Being a two-bit scammer is a legit occupation in America, and Keyur Nagrik does a great job of living that life and getting away with it by putting the stuff he owns in other people's names, including is 80+-year-old Mother and God knows what LLCs etc.
Stay away from Keyur Nagrik. He doesn't care about you, but he does a great job pretending he does. If you are dumb enough to have hope in him as I have for all these years, that just means he has someone to reach out to when he needs something, because you will never be a 'real' friend. You are just an opportunity
