The people who work here are a bunch of liars. They changed their stories and rules. One person will tell you one thing, and the next time you call, another will tell you something totally different. They have no management structure, it appears. They also lack leadership and customer service.
I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. I paid my fees regularly. I informed them via telephone that I was cancelling my services. The lady said that I should pay the billed charge so it will not be a late payment. She said when you cancel, they will refund me for 11 months of unused services. I finished final steps of my cancellation, with my local Association, and told them the whole story. She said you could have not paid anything because you didn't need to. She informed Supra that I had cancelled my services. I got am email from my Association that they will not be providing a refund. I called them back, because it was not right. The man I spoke to said that they have a 'NO REFUND POLICY!? ' I told him that 10 days ago, the lady told me they will refund me. He said she was there in the office, and she didn't say any such thing. To me, that was a complete 180 degree turn on their policy. Why say one thing one time, and another thing another time. This is pretty bad customer service. After many years of using their services, this is how I was treated. It is not about just the money anymore. It is about principles. I cannot believe that people do business in this manner.
