Dear sirs,
I live outside the USA. I need to pay my US property tax before the end of November. For the last 5 days I have been trying to access the site to pay taxes online. It is just not possible.
The site miamidade.gov/taxcollector is just not functional or not accessible from any computer in my country of residence.
