In response to my post about our problems with Blue World Pools on April 22 we were contacted by Blue world. This time we dealt with a very helpful lady named Johnita Mauldian. She acknowledged she was unaware of all the problems we had with this pool and our service and apologized on behalf of the company. She also assured us that all the problems would be taken care of. Blue world did agree to do what the salesman promised us as in the discounted items and also refunded us for the repairs we had to pay for out of pocket. I am very pleased with the way this lady has helped us and it totally made my experience with Blue world worth it. Although in the beginning we had problems we did enjoy the pool and continue to enjoy it. Now that the problems are solved and we no longer feel that we were misled we can enjoy it even more. We definitely will recommend them in the future.
