Rudy owes well over $65,000.00 in child support for 2 kids: 8 and 14. He hasn't visited them in 3 1/2 years. He doesn't answer their phone calls. Rudy is known for promises but NEVER keeps them. He promised to send Christmas gifts. It is now March and nothing has arrived. They received no phone call, no cards. He claims not to have any money yet he is a co-owner of a bar in San Francisco called Friends Bar. He gets paid under the table so no one will see his earnings.
He sends a text about every 2 months to see how things are going. My kids (and I say mine now because he doesn't seem to want anything to do with them) beg for him to call them and he doesn't. We don't even know if it's truly him texting.
Child Support court order states he must pay $1,000.00 every month plus medical insurance. We only receive $145.00 a month.
He is a smooth talker and quite a flirt.
