We've a rental home having a part 8 tenant. They're unable to put up garbage collection using the Town of Kennesaw since they're not who owns the home. It appears the Kennesaw change this plan in December. Although residing in our prior home, we'd support for 8 years and reduce it down after getting into our new home. We were informed from the town of Kennesaw they prohibits all home of Kennesaw to make use of every other garbage collection support. Therefore all home should make use of the town of Kennesawis Garbage collection support normally they'll be fined. They informed us if our tenant requires their garbage towards the town eliminate themselves, they'll be fined. Subsequently, after getting 8 years of service using the town of Kennesaws garbage support, they pushed my spouse to pay for a $100 deposit and display 2 types of identification and he's having to pay for our tenants garbage collection charge forever. They informed us to cost our tenant the charge within the lease. We described we can not since our renters are area 8 renters so we can not because of our agreement using the government with one of these tenants.
