Our experience at Sams Club on April 1 while returning Lobster that was bad. Store @#6434 manager Brook - We got in line and there were two customers ahead of us, with one person working behind the return/renew desk. Then from the checkout lines comes and employee with a man (with a full basket) and she precedes to check him out.

We waited at least 45 minutes to an hour to return the spoiled lobster tails. Customer in front us and in back of us which was at least seven behind us, so there wait will be longer than hours.

There are people who need jobs. My suggestion to Sams Club is to have a separate return line and a separate renewal line.

My husband and I waited till our turn, we were going to shop for four items but of couse Sam's Club doesn't have a 10 item or less check out which I have suggested many time.

Not sure if we will be returning to Sams, we live close to BJ;s and Cosco.
