IF you are reading this... How about paying YOUR bills and get the lien taken off MY house! Thanks to YOU and not paying YOUR bills, there is a lien on MY house! I refuse to pay YOUR bills! Pay your darn bills!!! You will be hearing from my lawyer... Very soon.
Everyone and Anyone... Do NOT take a chance in buying a home from Newport Holdings! They rip you off, Martin does not pay his bills and there will be liens put on your house! My house is just 4 months old and have 3 liens on it ALREADY! Not alone NO gutters put on the houses, when the MLS listing states that there should be... Even my INSPECTOR warned me about this guy!
Save your money and go elsewhere! And IF you do buy from Martin, have your lawyer handy, You will need him.
