Maryanne Redman is a biased code compliance inspector who targets people who complain about her poor character, lack of judgement and biased enforcement of the Town of Gilbert codes.
She will lie in court and falsify photos and letters under oath! If you complain to her superiors you can expect her to come back and target you with a vengeance.
I was given a notice for a curbside trash violation and eventually a citation two weeks after the items were picked up by the trash department. Mrs. Redman did not target other homes on the street.
When questioned about her biased enforcement of the codes, her only answer was " Welllllll, ahhh, you have to speak to a supervisor".
When you catch her in a lie, she quickly folds by studdering, or giving a fake laugh. Mrs. Redman is the poster child for what is wrong with goverment employees and their lazy attitudes.
You can complain about her lack of character, but all it gets you is a pause on the other end of the phone and then a line about how they will look into the allegations. Dont expect a phone call back, but do expect to see her driving past your home so you know that your under the thumb of a corrupt goverment employee and its your word against someone who works with the judges and courts!
