They carged me for sevice we didnt ask fo

I recieved my AT&T bill for the month of May. On it was a new charge from a company called Talent & More LLC. I dont know what this company is nor have I requested there service. AT&T says they are not responsible for third party billings.

Is this not slamming? AT&T prints the bills. I have no intention of paying for this service.
