First off, kudos to the original author of this complaint for following through and getting the truth on all of the complaint, rip off boards on the internet. The more sites that the truth is on, the more people will see this and will hopefully not give Jennifer Robinson free money. We are yet another family that she scammed. She cares about money and money only. She took money from us, not once but twice. We paid her to do a "name search" granted it was only $50.00, but after that produced nothing, and she PROIMISED us that if she could search more thouroughly that she was would find something, we reluctantly gace her $200.00 more. I know, I know, stupid on our part. Of course she gave us the same song and dance she gace everyone else, that the birthmother denied it, then she changed her story to she had the wrong person, then she changed her story yet again and gave us a name, an EXTREMELY common name that you would have to be an idiot to not see right through. She will be your best friend until she has your money, as soon as she has that, see if she returns an email or a phone call. She won't. The information that she does charge hundreds of dollars for is information that anyone with internet can get, much much cheaper. She promises to find those hard to find people. People that aren't on the sites, which is what she promised us. We still have never had real resolution to our search because she doesn't call anyone or email anyone back. We had no choice but to give up, with her at least. Please, contact a free search angel, even if they cannot find who you are looking for they can give you the tools, and introduce you to the steps that may help you find that person. Also she says on her website that "No find, No Fee" try getting a refund from her. So she lies from the get go.
