Stinking and barking dog

This dog needs to go, it goes to the bathroom all over the house, the place stinks of piss and crap, it does not have a license or anything, the dog warden needs to take it away, the landlord needs to do something about this crap, i can not believe he lets this go on, i hope someone does something about this crap and soon, i do not know how they can stand it in the place, they must like the smell of crap, the garbage is bad in the garage cause of all the dog crap, smell must go and soon!
