I am a current resident of Versailles on the Lake and have been for about 2 and half years. I have always remain a good tenant not causing any problems. However, I have been treated as if i am the culprit. The security at this community is severely lacking and due to that there have been more then 92 cars vandilized between last year and this year alone. I have asked the manager and staff to boost up security however they wont. I had both mine and my husbands vehicals have been affected. The apartment says they are not held resposible for any of the property outside the apartment. However, the lease does not state that nor did i sign anything stating that. I have been personally attacked for going to the media to shine some light on this situation. Only to warn other residents of this perptrator. I said nothing bad about the community nor the staff. I am currently getting accuse of spreading vicous lies and rumors and in that the staff publically let it known to every single resident that i was the one doing it.in the result of this incodent i am not having nothing done to the maintenance of my apartment and am always getting crucified by the manager and staff. I am tired of this behavor and i want it to stop. They have put several threatening letters on my door trying to evict me and my husband and 5 month old daughter. Like i said i did nothing to harm there business at the time and yet i am being punished and humilated for it.
