I'm Not being Handled pretty from the Department of Household Providers or their state of Mo. I'd back childsupport due that I submitted document bancruptcy to pay for back. None of the funds which were created throughout the bancruptcy are now being approved from the DFS. They essentially want to make me spend a sum two times as they declare that they've no proof the funds made were for child-support, after I have supplied them with established evidence. They're taking my duty refunds, my stimulous refunds, and never once, have I obtained any kind of stability, funds made, no quantities, no conversation in the DFS. They proceed to consider an additional quantity out-of my salary above my normal child-support and inform me nothing about just how much I owe, so that as personally I think, just how much I DO NOT owe at this time. Noone really wants to hear. DFS includes a "DoN't Care" perspective plus they WOn't look at the problem. All-they do is consider the info that I publish and inform me, it doesn't show something. I thought that court documents are fairly established, however they don't believe therefore, or do they make an effort to discover. This can be a travesty being committed on me. I'm as if I am being raped from the Condition and from the DFS. And that I want somebody might do something positive about it it. Does anybody worry about the offenses being committed from the program against individuals who attempt to do the best thing-but become tried for this? This makes no sense. Somebody PLEASE Help Me.
