My monthly rate went up $7 and when I try to call customer service phone number it is busy no matter what time of day or what day of the week it is. The customer service area of your website does not function property and sending emails to Home Delivery [[email protected]] is pointless as this is the message I go "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please visit us at biz. Oregonian.com or contact our Customer Service office at 503-221-8240. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you"
