I have a large magazine order. I am not being allowed to reduce my order or discontinue same due to current financial difficulty. I am being told I signed an agreement that holds my feet to the fire in so far as the original order is concerned. I would like to back out due to financial hardship but am being treated in an arragant manner by a "rep from hell." I have been paying for at least 3 months now $121.00 to get this monkey off my back. I am now being informed the original order may under no circumstance be reduced. I receive notices of course from Subscriber Services on a monthly basis, but with no ongoing record of total payments made or the number of payments which must yet be made to fulfill that original order. I would highly recommend that Subscriber Services be avoided like a plague.
