I've been obtaining a selection notice for $14.00. It claims that it's from Public Clearinghouse. I didn't purchase the journal they said I did so. After I was on the site it explained they might deliver me one FREE OF CHARGE and that I wouldn't be billed until I do want to register. Once they delivered me the main one the updates arrived in stating that I owe. Today I'm receiving updates from collector businesses. I'll not purchase anything used to do not purchase! I'd like this TO PREVENT today.
