I requested Publications from the door-to-door salesperson, who had been attempting to get journey factors to get a holiday. I requested two publications (one for "home" plus one for "family fun). I requested these in July which is today oct and that I haven't obtained the Publications but my check was cashed. My crs # is 232599 and 232955. I've since read this is just a rip-off, and want to understand what has been completed about preventing the corporation and obtaining my cash back.
