I have received a text that I did not sign-up for from 1-808-755-5093 stating that I won a Target gift card of $1,000 USD and to go to TargetWinner.com to claim the prize. It seemed unbelievable, however, I searched for the site and I automatically saw this claim site in the search, already skeptical about the "prize" and also discovered other persons have been receiving this scam as well. SOMETHING needs to be done to stop this from disrupting others, as it is very annoying and misleading.
