I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. Even though the watch arrived one day after my husband's birthday, someone from their company called me and let me know this was happening and what the reason was. I appreciated this very much. My husband loved the watch. We had a hard time finding that particular model and youhad it. Thank you very much for asking and I give you an A on customer service.
