At 6:16am I recieved a text on my verizon phone in which the # is on the national do not call list stating that "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.net and enter your winning code 73849 to claim your FREE $1,000 Target gift card within 24 hrs. Is this a scam??? The CB# 909-762-5806
