To inquire about a refund call Customer care at 866-405-1578. You can receive a refund on any product you ordered up to 30 days after your order was placed. You must call to get a (RMA) number REturn Merchandise
Authorization number by contacting Customer service. (# listed above) The Rma number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Send returns to: Evening Sky, LLC, Returns Dept., 18015 Sant Angelo Dr., Lutz FLA 33558. If sending I urge you to do so by sending with some type of delivery confirmation. I hope this helps.
