On 10/23, I ordered the kit from Emerald Lux. It was suppose to be free for shipping and handling of 4.95. I didn't see that in 2 weeks they were going to charge me an additional 114.95. I am pretty good at reading all the print and didn't see it. When I got my credit card bill, I was charge 9.95 instead of 4.95 and on 11/04 I was charged 114.95. I finally got through on the phone with them and spoke to a lady who's name was Lola. She informed me that it was in the print and that was that. Shame... I would have ordered more from them but now I will throw it way. I feel that I was major conned and will let my facebook friends know never to order from them. I have over 500 facebook friends and they have friends. Oh by the way, Lola did tell me that there is a 1 year warranty on electronics. What she didn't tell me was that there are reasons why they do not have to honor the warranty. This is not a good company.
