I don't know if I will be charged for making a phone call to the above phone number which could result in monetary damages. There is a scam representing Target. The message states. "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 53822 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs." The message came from phone number 951-992-9187. NOT VERIZON so I'm not sure what to do.
