On Nov. 23rd at 5:30 pm I received a text on my phone stating I had won a $1000 target gift card. I was instructed to go to TargetContests.com and enter my winning code number. I did not go to the site or enter my "winning code". The phone number of the caller was 915-902-9443. This must be a scam.
