I received a text from this number very early this morning saying I won a $1000 Target gift card from the contest I entered last month. Okay, I didn't enter any contest last month, so this has scam written all over it! And I don't know how the owner of this 909 number got my cell number because I registered all my number on the do not call list! Apparently this has happened to a number of other people as well. Please put a stop to this scam!
