I received a text from 909-762-0659 stating "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 2912 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24 hrs." The website led to offers for various products and surveys that had to be taken to complete the process. I wasn't sure if this was a valid offer.
