My communication started with Barrister Bendell on 9/25 through 11/15 where after multiple freezes, requested funds for Tax Codes, Anti-Terrorist Codes, The FSA Regulations (I have all the correspondence between Barrister Bendell, Mrs. Keith, Mr. Andrew Kennings representing FCE Bank (all emails to Barrister Bendell/Mr. Kennings no longer exist.
