Paid posted and packaging for a free sample. Which I did receive. On receiving my credit card statement i have not only been debited for the postage but another £119.00. I have called 01213 459889 and been assured my credit card has been credited to the full amount On ringing my account was told this is not so. I have REPEATEDLY ask the company to send me an E. Mail to the affect they have refunded me in full and have been fobbed off every time saying they have sent one. They even gave me a ref., no., for my refund. I suspect this is bogus too.
