I just left the Attorney General's Office and filed my complaint against these criminals! They said that if we all make complaints, then they can intervene, but there has to be "a pattern of fraud." Please go online to http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral. Gov/about/email_consumers. Jsp and make your formal complaint, so we can put these criminals out of business!!!
