I ordered cell phone battery 10/26. They shipped 10/27. I contacted one week and again two weeks later about not receiving product. They said it came from overseas. I finally had to buy another phone, due to not having a battery; thus, no phone. They said they would refund, etc. If/when I received the product, or if I did not. Finally received on 11/13, which was 17 days after ordering. This is more than their 14-day return policy, so they have ignored my requests for a RA # and return address. The battery came from Hong Kong! With a general return address at an airfreight center in Singapore.in other words, they take your money, knowing you won't get the item within the 14-day return period, then ignore your requests for a return/refund. Premeditated ripoff!
