In the last week I have received two notifications on my cell phone that my "... Entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter winning code 3847 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24 hrs." the message says. I have not been in a Target Store in years and do not do business with them. Obviously a scam of some sort. Beware!
