My credit is less than perfect, have a car that's paid off, but mother is joint owner and would have to co sign the loan. MICHAEL FINLEY called and said you've benn approved fit a 50,000 loan and needed to give them 2700 as a down payment. I did'nt need that much money and asked what the payments were for a lower loan. He said load 980 on a green dot pak and my money would be funded in 4 hours contract looked good never came through. Called to say the lenders could ask for more insurance and needed 500 more. He became angry with me. How do I get my money back?
