Ng wai man vincent, sent me a letter telling me that he worked as the director for credit&marketing at the wing lung bank ltd in hong kong. He said that he had information of some inheritance funds at the bank and he sent me a letter to have the funds released to an account in the uk. I was led to beleive to send money to setup an account with the natwest bank on 17-10 the account was closed all the money was taken i did not give any authority for any person to have access to my account, i am now understanding that vincent was in contact with another person by the name of daniel moloney he also sent me emails for money to go into the account and now i can not find either of them.
