Pied by Western Union, since they offered 7% discount. TechDHL has never responded to my e-mails after collecting payment. Today I learned that their web (TechDHL.com) does no longer exist! I am informing Western Union and filling formal police report. Once I have the report, I will approach Chinese Embassy asking to hunt those criminals. I may never get my money back, but lesson is learned: never trust Chinese.
