I had ordered a camera from fingerhut back in 2001 about 2 weeks before I went on a trip. I ordered the rush delivery which cost me $15. Oo.
Well, first of all, I had to re-order the camera 3 times, it did not get to my house within the 5 days it was supposed to (In fact, it took about a month) and I wasn't happy with the product. So I sent it back and now they are saying I never did and they are charging me more than twice the amount of the camera cost.
It's ruining my credit and every time I call the company that took over, they are so rude I have to hang up or things will be said that should not be.
