Just like sharecropping

I have been paying my arrears for child support for almost 2 years. Everytime I think I am close to paying it off it goes back to the original 2400. I was at 2300 in july you meak 1200 dollars later i am in the same place but as a non custodial parent I cannot use their web to see where the payments go
