They have a website using Rachael Ray as a spononsor to try their Excelatrim and Total Cleanse product for 30 days free. You pay a small fee for shipping but if you don't reply within 14 days they charge you another $80/bottle for the whole shipment they claim is free for 30 days. I phoned them back to cancel the product within the 14 days, and tell them I will ship the unused product back. Days later they charge me for the unused product and send me an e-mail 'if the product is lost in transit' they will still charge me. I mailed it using Canada Post which should be reliable, but nothing prevents them from saying they never got the shipment.
