The email address does not exist. They were given my visa number so I have cancelled it. No way to contact them so can't even ask for my money back. The bill on my visa will be from JetsHelp.com I was taken for $34.95 but others seem to have been robbed of more than that. There are a few scam related warnings I found now by looking up the website they gave me.
