I had applied for a Business/Personal Loan with him/or his Company"Credit Swift ltd" Which all seemed to check out okay, or maybe I should say better than most.
The fee he charged for the loan was $560.00 usd. I made 2 payments over 2 days via Western Union. A total amount sent was $560.00. I was promised the loan would be transferred into my bank account with in 24 hours. I did not here from at all the first 24 hours after the entire amount was sent. However I did get two different people answered the business lines that are listed on there advertisement.
One Woman I spoke to new Leane Darnwell, but tried to act as though she knew nothing. A man answered the other line. He said he knew nothing about anything. Which I knew was a lie because the moment I mentioned the word Loan, and Credit Swift he got very agitated and got off the phone.
I have received two emails from Mr. Darnwell since he picked up the money. They both said that he needed $210.00 more for insurance, and that he was trying to work out the transfer without the additional funds. I told him I would give him 24 hours to present me with a loan or a full refund, or I would take action. It has been another 24 hours. I have heard nothing. I am taking action. I have been scammed many times this is the first time I have done anything. I guess because I am about to loose my home.
