I responded to a Coupon that promised a discount. However the fine print on the coupon cancelled the discount on the 25th of May. Not at midnight but that day. I believe they use this tactic on all their customers. When I discovered the "Rip Off" deception I called they assured me my money would be credited back.
However when I e-mail them they respond with an automatic letter that says to check my bank account. They also state that some banks wait 15 days to post a credit back. This is a false hood lie. I know they are ripping off numerous people with this scam.
