Poor Treatment and Do not follow through with their obligations and what they promise their customers

I recently bought a care at Mt Moriah auto sales on September 9. While buying the car I noticed several things wrong with it. As the deal was being made a "we owe" was drawn up for these items to be fixed on the vehicle. I had a broker working on my deal and a salesman. 3 items were originally wrote on the "we owe". It was for a broken hatchback, a noise that was being made "squealing" under the hood when the air conditioning was running and to recharge the air conditioning if needed. I was to return the next day after purchasing the car to have these items repaired. I was told by the salesman Johnny Hudson that while taking the care home that day that if I noticed any additional items wrong with the care to bring it to their attention and they would repair it when I brought it back in as well. After driving the car home I noticed a clicking noise under the dash. So when I returned the next day I told Johnny Hudson, and another broker named Lonnie, which wrote this item into my "we owe" slip and signed it. He also spoke to his mechanic about it who was standing in the lobby at the time, on and off the phone telling him to make sure he looked at the care to find out what the noise was and repair it. I made sure I was clear with them that the car and NEW noise would be addressed and he assured me it would be. I left that day waiting for a phone call that never came. I called back to check on the status of the car around 1pm and was told my phone call would be returned. It never was. So around 3 pm I decided to drive up there to check on it myself. I spoke again with my salesman Johnny Hudson and he told me that he had heard nothing on my car. He went and talked to Lance Huff who had been my broker. Johnny Hudson came back and said that Lance Huff refused to look at my vehicle or fix the new issue because he was already losing money on my deal and would not put any more money into my car although I had been promised that the issue would be looked at and addressed. I debated it with Johnny Hudson who then went back to Lance Huff and I was told still refused. Johnny then came back and sat down in my truck with me and told me that he wanted to keep me as a happy customer and keep me smiling because I was so beautiful he did not want to see me unhappy. Because he wanted to keep me happy he would pay for the repair personally out of his pocket. Although I did not believe this, I felt like he was trying to make himself look like the savior to me I still at least believed that the dealership was fixing it and he was taking credit. He then shook my hand and said are you happy? Do we have a deal? I said yes, Thank you I really appreciate this. He also at this time stated again how beautiful he thought I was and how much he would love to take me on a date and have a good time with me and that even if it cant be a serious date at least just go out to have a good time. I personally was very offended! I said no thank you and stated that I had to leave. I left and called back around 4:20 to check on the status of my vehicle because I knew the service department closed at 5 and once again I still had not heard from anyone. Johnny Hudson still had no information on my car. He stated he would go check on it and call me right back. I waited until 4:55 then called back again, he said ok its ready come get it. I asked what work had been done on the vehicle and he stated that nothing more than the "original" "we owe" repairs we done that the new problem was not addressed. At this time my Husband had called the dealership to talk to the broker Lance Huff and explain what had happened with Johnny Hudson, the treatment that I had been receiving and try and get a better understanding as to why no one is following through with what they are promising with my vehicle. My husband also explained that he is a Major in the Army and that he would have hoped that a soldier and his wife would not have had to receive this kind of treatment. Still nothing was resolved. Lance did not care, and did not care that his employees was disrespectful to a customer. Once I got to the dealership he pulled the car up and walked away. I had to get into the care and drive toward him to flag him down just to get my questions answered. He was very rude and disrespectful, I'm imagining it was because I turned him down and my husband complained. I asked what work was done on the vehicle and he stated whatever you had worked out but we did not fix the new issue you brought it in for this morning, didn't even look at it. No one will put out the money for it. I looked at him and asked why, and stated that I was promised by you that it would be taken care of and he just said well it wasn't. Sorry. And once again walked away, laughing. The back hatch on my car was never repaired instead of buying the clips to make sure it was properly replaced someone put a piece of Velcro on it. It falls off every time you open the hatchback. The squealing noise under the hood that they claimed to fix is still there. It was not there when I picked up the car but started back up 3 days later. The knocking noise under the dash that they refused to look at is called a Servo unit, it is going out and needs to be replaced. I have been complaining about this for some time and no one is listening to me. I finally got in contact with the manager of the dealership 2days ago. He seemed very concerned and apologetic. When i spoke with him on 10-09-12 he said that I never should have been treated this way and that if Lance Huff would not agree to fix the items on my car that he would take care of them himself, he actually promised me that he would take care of them himself. He called me on 10-10-12 and asked me if I could bring the car in so that he could take a look at it and have his mechanics look at it. I took the car in this afternoon (10-11-12) around 130pm. Once I got the car there they agreed to fix the hatch back but then refused to fix any of the other problems. Chris Jones the manager of the dealership told me the first time that Lance Huff told him that he replaced the belt under the hood of the car and that stopped the squealing and that if there was still a problem with it I never should have drove it off the lot. I explained again that it didn't start again until 3 days after I took it. Once the mechanic looked at it he explained that it wasn't a belt problem anyway that my air compressor is going out so a new belt wouldn't fix it anyway AND a new belt wasn't even on the car. So when Chris Jones called Lance Huff to confirm the belt again Lance Huff changed his story again and said well no I didn't put a new belt on it I just tightened it. He never fixed the original problem to begin with he just got it quiet to get me off the lot. I tried to explain this to The manager Chris Jones but he just wouldn't listen. Then when I kept bringing up the clicking under the dash and the fact that it was wrote it into my yellow copy of my "we owe" he went and got the broker who wrote it in and he admitted to writing an additional item but says he cant remember what he wrote in and NO ONE up there can produce my yellow copy that they took from me. That has the proof that they wrote that item in. So I was basically told TOUGH today again even after I was promised help again by the manager himself.
