Not receiving bells for Tiny Farm

I recently signed up to Bigfish Games and purchased a game as a new customer through Tapjoy with the promise of 125 bells. I did not receive those bells. After contacting Tapjoy support and several emails later, they eventually told me that those bells have been credited to my account, but there is still no sign of those bells in my Tiny Farm account.
