I was promised a refund, because the DVDs I purchased would not play on any of the six players that I own. I couldn't even get them to play on a computer. Their ad states money back guarantee if not completely satisfied. I have all the emails they sent, giving me the run around. Finally they agreed to refund my money, but I haven't seen anything yet.
