As i have read from some of the other complaints, they took 99.49 out of my account without my authorization. When i called them to question this, I was refused the ability to speak to the supervisor from TWO customer service reps and told MORE THAN 8 TIMES they were too busy. What company is too busy to listen to their customrs' (and I use this term losely as I never wanted to be one) complaints and concerns? So not only did they take my money, but I was treated horribly.
I highly recommend we all file complaints with the better business bureau. Www.thebbb.org
