I ordered a silk maxi Coast dress in size 12 on 13 September in "neutral". The dress was sold out in the UK. I had various emails from "Customer Services" after I expressed concern about the dress not arriving / being the wrong dress (after reading complaints on this website). On 2 October I received a cheap, badly made, blue jersey dress - completely different style and material to the dress I ordered. I have emailed them to ask when I am going to receive the dress I actually ordered but have not had a response.
