Company contacted me for the sale of a Time Share that I own, said they had a buyer at a set price. Set up the contract to sell the time share, heard from them for a while, than nothing. Than got another call and they stated they needed X dollars to complete the sale, this kept getting added on to. Than when it was supposedly finished, they disappeared. Licensed company in the State of Arizona, but when sent certified letters asking what was going on to the listed office address, was accepted, and than returned as unknown. The letter to the guarantor was accepted but never got a response.
