I joined Smc in May, I saw the infomercial one morning and thought, gee I could do that. So I emailed the company for some info and a Rep called.
What I thought would only cost $25 to join ended up being $399.99 and it was never $25 to join, it turned out to be more like $39. Smc definfitely misleads people. Not once in their manual do they mention that in order to drop ship tp the customers you have to pay this astronomical fee, which was very misleading. One of the coaches told me it ws cheaper to have all the orders come to you and mail them myself from the post office.
When I passed out my catalogs to my co-workers the intial response was good, everyone thought the products were good, but hardly anyone bought anything, do date I have onley had 6 small orders.
The shipping is extremely high. SMC says how you can offer price discounts on merhcandise and shipping, HOW? SMC charges to much to ship that you make NO profit or hardly any.
SMC needs to update and change there product line, why keep ordering catalogs with the same old, same old crap. People want variety they don;t want to look at the same old thing. I still have catalogs on hand and I am at a loss, because NO ONe has any confidence in ordering from small time Joe's they have never heard of.
SMC sales pitch sounded great, after all they got my money, but they are not great Ken is the worst.
